Keith Harrell has personally experienced failure and success in the game of life. He was born in Seattle, Washington where, throughout his formative years, he aspired to become a professional basketball player. Keith pursued his dream with great tenacity, achieving All-American status in high school and being selected as the Most Valuable Player of the state championship team. In college he was the captain of the basketball team for three of four years and averaged more than sixteen points per game in his senior year. It was during this time he learned the importance of a positive attitude, improving performance, teamwork and the art of competition on and off the court.
Today Keith is known across "Corporate America" for his energetic, innovative presentations. Keith Harrell is a dynamic performance coach who specializes in changing behaviors through a positive attitude. The Wall Street Journal refers to Keith as "A Star With Attitude" and states: "What sets him apart from less successful speakers is driving ambition and an attitude that refuses to flag." Though he gave up on his boyhood dream of playing for the NBA, this one-of-a-kind presenter can show you how to play with your Natural Born Ability and motivate you to keep slam-dunking everyday. In August 2000 Keith achieved the prestigious designation of Council of Peers Award for Excellence (CPAE), conferred by the National Speakers Association, for platform excellence. This designation is reserved for a maximum of five speakers annually out of an estimated 4,000 National Speakers Association Members.
In 1997 Keith achieved the designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), from the National Speakers Association, for proven speaking experience.
With over twenty years of experience working with people, Keith has developed unique and effective systems that increase human potential, help put attitude into action, and assist organizations and individuals to redefine excellence.
