Gary Gregor is known as the mystery man behind the Saskatchewan Roughriders’ success in winning the 1989 Grey Cup. Now he is one of the most sought–after motivational speakers by business and government sectors, as well as by sports organizations and the agriculture community. Gary works with the management and staff of some of the largest companies in the country to increase performance levels, improve customer relations, develop a winning attitude and build a winning team. Gary Gregor also works in sports with coaches, teams, and individual players. He has worked at the professional level with the CFL and The NHL, and for major league baseball.
In Gary’s presentation “Winning Your Inner Game” you will learn how to focus your mind on your goal, using the same methods as champions in business and sports. If you don’t control your destiny, someone else will. This workshop will show you how to handle your fears and focus on results instead of obstacles so you can achieve what you set out to do. You will also look at team psyches. What do team members really want? What do they want in a team leader, a coach? Gary tells his clients developing a winning attitude is not magic as many people want to believe. It starts with the right attitude, effective planning and hard work.
Gary is a dynamic, articulate speaker whose presentations are informative, useful and enjoyable. He guarantees that you will learn in his presentation, be able to apply what you learned and have fun while learning.
Gary Gregor has a degree in commerce with a major in psychology and has been a post- secondary educational counselor for 17 years. He also operates a 640-acre grain farm in Saskatchewan.
