Stumbling Toward Enlightenment
This keynote is a cure for the common psychological/spiritual cold.   Life is too short to walk into work feeling discouraged, clogged, flat and uninspired each day.   There is a way to take make every single day fly!  You cannot change all things but you can take flight today and every day to come.  In doing so you begin to change your world.

Resiliency; The Courageous Choice!
You can choose to live with more laughter, more joy, more focus, more success and less stress no matter what cards you’ve been dealt! Who in their right mind wouldn’t choose this? Life is too short not to!  Resilient people laugh and last. They are a life pleasure and an organizational treasure, because the resilient person calls up the very same spirit in others.

The Art of Change Management
Where’s the value?  Managing people through change is a matter of maintaining the vision of the Promised Land while walking through the desert.  If you have an idea of the predictable responses, reactions and roadblocks along the road, you can anticipate and adapt.  If people learn how to look after themselves, they will pay the organization back with increased energy, perspective and enthusiasm.  If you can build in processes for sustaining energy, enthusiasm and communication, you can carry people through the storms.  The Art of Change Management is about building a strong and positive work culture in the face of chaos and adversity

If Life is a Maze, then You Are Amazing!
Humor is a way the soul reminds us of its presence.  When you laugh, you temporarily revitalize yourself physically, mentally and spiritually.  When we laugh collectively, we do the same for our organization.  Laughter is a soul level auto-immune response to discouragement and fatigue.  It is like a positive virus in that once it arrives, it spreads.  Laughter s a spiritual prescription for whatever ails us.  Yet, it can’t be begged bought or stolen. We need to either give it away or simply invite it in.  This workshop focuses on how to invite the restorative power of laughter and lightness into your workplace. Let’s face it, we need to do everything thing we can to keep the nurse out of the hearse.

Cracking up from Lack of Balance:
Confessions of a Humpty Dumpty  You know life balance is important.  You also know that accomplishing anything worthwhile entails going all out.  Just coping with life’s daily demands can about drive us around the bend.  You can even get stressed out just worrying about being out of balance.  How do you maintain your balance amidst all this? You can’t.  Life balance doesn’t mean being continually balanced.  It means creating a practice for re-balancing after having going all out.

Personal and Organizational Resiliency Through Chaos and Adversity
More resilience translates to more laughter, more spirit, more trust more forgiveness and less tension and negativity. You’ll be active.  You’ll be getting practice.  How do we take care of ourselves so that we are able to sustain our own energy, perspective and enthusiasm?

Teamwork: It's Great Until You Have To Work With Somebody!
Whether we know it or not, each team writes it’s own story. Our team story is written via the way we treat each other on a day-to-day basis – whether we choose empowering behaviors or diminishing behaviors.  It is written via the degree to which team members choose to risk being completely truthful and forthcoming with one another.  Our team story is written via the way we support each other (or don’t) through stressful times and through our response to mistakes – whether we choose to create a supportive, learning environment or a critical, protective environment.  Ultimately, the team story is written through each member’s gut level understanding of team purpose and whether or not this purpose is of sufficient worth to invest oneself.
